Directions to Philadelphia office

Our offices are on the 20^th floor of 230 South Broad Street in Philadelphia. The building is on the corner of Broad and Locust streets, across from the Academy of Music on Locust and catty-corner to the DoubleTree Hotel on Broad. The building has an entrance on Locust and an entrance on Broad through PNC Bank. If the bank entrance is locked, please use the entrance on Locust.

Parking is available in the Bellevue Hotel garage. The garage entrance is on the left side of Locust before the Locust Street entrance to our building, or go left on Broad to the garage entrance a half block on the left.

From the South (I-95 and Philadelphia International Airport)

• I-95 North to Exit 17 (Broad St/Route 611).
• Broad St N (straight off exit ramp) about 3 miles, toward City Hall.
• 230 South Broad Street entrance on left at Locust (through PNC Bank).

From the West (PA Turnpike, I-276)

• PA Turnpike to Exit 326 (Valley Forge/I-76 East).
• I-76 East to Exit 344 (I-676 East/Central Philadelphia); left-lane exit.
• I-676 East less than a mile to Broad St/Central Philadelphia Exit.
• Right onto 15th St at top of exit ramp.
• 15th St about 9 lights to Locust (stay right at Market; left lane circles City Hall).
• Left on Locust a half block to 230 South Broad Street building entrance on left.

From the North (PA)

• I-95 South 3.5 miles to Exit 22 (I-676 West/Central Philadelphia).
• I-676 West 1.2 miles to Broad St/Central Philadelphia Exit, straight onto 15th St.
• 15th St about 11 lights to Locust (stay right at Market; left lane circles City Hall).
• Left on Locust a half block to 230 South Broad Street building entrance on left.

From the North (NY or Northern NJ)

• NJ Turnpike South to Exit 4 (Route 73 North) toward Camden/Philadelphia.
• Bear right after toll onto Route 73 North.
• Route 73 North about 5 miles to Route 90 (left-lane exit) to Betsy Ross Bridge.
• Cross Betsy Ross Bridge and follow signs to get on I-95 South.
• I-95 South 3.5 miles to Exit 22 (I-676 West/Central Philadelphia).
• I-676 West 1.2 miles to Broad St/Central Philadelphia Exit, straight onto 15th St.
• 15th St about 11 lights to Locust (stay right at Market; left lane circles City Hall).
• Left on Locust a half block to 230 South Broad Street building entrance on left.

 

Directions to Boston office

From the North

• Route 93 and Route 1 converge at the Leonard P. Zakim Bunker Hill Bridge heading south.
• Once inside the tunnel, take Exit 23 (Purchase Street/South Station).
• Bear right at the light onto Purchase Street.
• Proceed across Pearl Street and through the intersection of Purchase and Congress Streets.
• The entrance to the 100 High Street parking garage is on the left, 100 feet ahead.

From the West

• Take Mass. Turnpike (Route 90 East) to South Station exit.
• Follow signs to "South Station" and "Atlantic Ave."
• Directly across from the arch of the Boston Harbor Hotel, take left onto Purchase Street.
• Proceed across Pearl Street and through the intersection of Purchase and Congress Streets.
• The entrance to the 100 High Street parking garage is on the left, 100 feet ahead.

From the South

• Take the Southeast Expressway (I-93 North) to Exit 20 (South Station).
• Follow signs to "South Station" and "Atlantic Ave."
• Directly across from the arch of the Boston Harbor Hotel, take left onto Purchase Street.
• Proceed across Pearl Street and through the intersection of Purchase and Congress Streets.

Parking Near AJO Boston

• Boston Seaport - When you leave the parking lot, walk north toward downtown on Seaport Boulevard and turn left onto Atlantic Avenue just after you cross over the bridge. Keep walking north and your first street once you get into downtown will be High street. Once you are on Atlantic Avenue, cross over Atlantic Avenue and Purchase Street.
• Post Office Square - Garage is located on Franklin Street, near Congress.

Traveling on the T

• Red Line - to the South Station stop. Once you exit South Station, follow Summer Street into downtown and take your first right onto High Street.
• Green Line - to the Park Street stop, where you can change over to the Red Line. Follow above directions for the Red Line.
